C-Net Systems was started with one goal in mind, become a leading IT Company by providing quality IT Services and IT Solutions for small businesses with a “get it done no matter what it takes” approach.

Everyone loves technology until it breaks. We strive to provide our clients with the peace of mind that we will handle their networks needs as if they were our own. Unfortunately so many other IT Service Companies fail to recognize their clients’ needs properly or blame other technology vendors for network problems. We take a different approach, and work tirelessly around the clock when necessary to resolve network problems regardless of what is causing the problems. We have earned the trust of many small businesses throughout Michigan by resolving difficult issues that IT Service Companies or IT Professionals could not fix or gave up on. We work until it’s done, period.

Incorporated in 1998, we started servicing networks for small businesses and their owners and employee’s home needs.  In the beginning we primarily serviced Novel Servers as Microsoft NT was just starting to gain market share. Within a few years Microsoft Server Operating Systems had gained significant ground and were quickly replacing Novel Networks.

Over the years we have added many new services including our Remote Support which allow us to work on any PC or Server connected to the internet through the internet. We also added network cabling and web design to our growing list of services.

In 2009 we decided to expand our residential computer support services and open our Computer Repair Shop in Shelby Township Michigan and 24 Mile and Vandyke. Home computers and network are different that business networks and require different skills as well as a convenient location for computer repair drop off service. Our Computer Repair Center houses dedicated IT Professionals for home computer and network needs and offers the best computer repair services in southeast Michigan (we may be a bit bias but that’s what our customers tell us) with flat rate pricing for all computer and laptop repairs.

Even through these tough economic times we have been able to grow and provide our clients with the best IT services around. As we look to the future, we expect to grow at a manageable rate while always keeping our client’s needs in mind. Great customer service and satisfied clients and their referrals are what got us this far and we see no end in sight.
