On-Site Support

With On-Site Support we come to your office to resolve any issues that may occur. We offer many support options to fit every budget and need. We never charge for drive time and all consultations are free. Our emergency response time is same day and our typical non emergency response time is approximately 3 days. All support calls are answered immediately and scheduled. Our goal is to have as little down time as possible and we work 24 hours a day to insure that.

Remote Server Monitoring (RSM)

We can maintain and administrate your network remotely from our offices allowing improved response times and routinely perform tasks after hours when the network is not in use. Service can be performed as needed or with a maintenance schedule that keeps your network working at peak performance. Both servers and workstations can be accessed securely using this method.

Data Recovery

Hard Drive Crashed? Stop immediately and turn off the PC to prevent any further loss! We have the tools to recover data from reformatted/deleted partitions and files, broken RAIDs, corrupted spanned partitions, bad sectors and failed hardware. The most important thing to do when you suspect a problem is to stop using the drive immediately until we can look at it. If you hear clicking or grinding coming from the Hard Drive shut off the machine and call us. If we can’t recover your data you don’t pay a cent.

The key to maximizing the recovery success is to start the diagnosis process as soon as a problem in suspected. If data corruption or hardware is suspected call us immediately so we can advise the proper recovery method.

We offer data backups of your information to our servers securely through the internet. Our backup method uses SSL with 265 bit encryption to two separate data warehouses located in cities thousands of miles apart to ensure maximum data security. We backup your data during off hours and to our facilities to minimize internet traffic. We can do daily, weekly or monthly schedules to suit specific needs.

We have worked with many Churches, Seminaries and nonprofit groups and are familiar with the specific needs with these types of organizations. We offer reduced rates and relaxed terms for nonprofit organizations

Residential Computer Support

We offer reduced pricing for residential computer service as well as flat fee repairs. We service all of Southeast Michigan including the cities of Shelby Twp., Utica, Sterling Heights, Macomb Twp., Rochester, Rochester Hills, Auburn Hills, Troy, Royal Oak and Southfield. Typically we cover all of Macomb County, Oakland County, Wayne County, Livingston County, Genesee County and Lapeer County for our residential computer support but we also offer other areas of Michigan depending of our corporate client base in those areas. For support outside our onsite support service areas we offer remote service through Expert Support Now.
